Welcome to Erik Yvon online. To ensure you have a great experience we advise that you please read our terms and conditions below.

CONFIRMATION
By approving these terms and conditions thus confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we receive your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail that details your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms outlined in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms & conditions before placing an order.

PAYMENT METHODS
We offer PAYPAL as a payment method:
Paypal allows secure payment with your credit / debit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order when checking out. More information is available at www.paypal.com.

PRICES
Prices do not include delivery fee. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars.

PRODUCT PRINT PLACEMENT/ COLOUR
The product print placement you receive might be slightly different to the photos shown. All products are photographed as accurately as possible to capture the true nature. The colour and finish can vary between each piece.
Actual colours may vary from the colour on your screen due to monitor colour restrictions.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Any customs or duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the current charges.

DELIVERY STATUS
When your order leaves our studio you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track you order. Orders are made to order and may take up 2 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the design. 

SHIPPING
 METHODS
Orders are shipped using Australia Post – Regular/ Express/ International. Transit times vary between 3-4 days and occasionally up to 10 days depending on the destination.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will vary between countries and distances; we have calculated an average shipping cost of the products for both local and international. NOTE: This is an estimated shipping calculator and may not reflect the exact price for shipping but will be very close to the final cost. All shipping costs are covered by the customer and calculated after an item has been purchased.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Customers will be using standard Australia Post or Express Post (upon request). Tracking numbers are provided for all deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL
Australia Post will be used for International Shipping. Goods will be shipped via airmail.

RETURNS
Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns.

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Goods will be dispatched on regular business days. Please note that any delivery charges will not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as ERIK-YVON will only offer a refund if the product delivered differs from that of what is advertised on the storefront (please note print placement might vary on product) or is faulty. The package may be opened and inspected however all tags must remain on the garment and must not display any signs of wear or damage. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Be sure to send the package with the dispatch number to us so we can track it. An exchange or refund will only be offered once the item/s have reached our studio. Once the item arrives we will contact you to confirm delivery and undergo a quality control check. We will then either provide a refund or freeze payment on the item/s until you have selected another item to exchange it for. Products may only be exchanged for other products from ERIK-YVON. NB: If you wish to make an exchange please us the contact form on the website to reserve another product/size. There is no refund or exchange on special items, custom orders or sale items.

PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data is mainly processed using automated tools and exclusively used for the purposes indicated and the time strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected.
Customer email addresses can be used for sending newsletters and updates with valuable information.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you are unhappy or feel we have grossly misrepresented your good(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery date to exchange your item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. NOTE: You are responsible for the product until it reaches us including cost of freight.
