Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the terms below.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, EU consumer protection law, or any other applicable consumer law.
Online Purchases
Online purchases may be returned for a refund or store credit, subject to eligibility. We cannot always facilitate an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please visit us in store or contact us at shop@erikyvon.com.
You can self-service your return through the returns link on our website. Please see the “Self Service Returns & Exchanges” section below for more information.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases can only be returned for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on in-store purchases. Refunds are only available where required by law, including if an item is faulty.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery, swimwear, socks or underwear unless the item is faulty or where otherwise required by law.
Sale items, except final sale items, can be returned for store credit only, unless a refund is required by law or the order is covered by the European Union 14-day cooling off period below.
Final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind return, exchange or store credit, unless required by law. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise protected under applicable consumer law.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds and exchanges are not available for made-to-order, custom order or personalised items unless the item is faulty or where otherwise required by law. Please choose carefully.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns, except where required by law. For EU orders, please see the “European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period” section below.
How to Start a Return

For online purchases, please include the order number found on your order confirmation.
For in-store purchases, please include your receipt, such as an email, photo or scan, and proof of payment. You can also visit us in store.

We suggest all online purchases are tried on as soon as they are received, in case they need to be returned for any reason.
Self Service Returns & Exchanges
How to submit a return request:
Read the Returns & Exchanges policy page, then access your Customer Account through the returns link on our website and follow these steps:

Log in to your account.

In the “Email” field, enter your email address, then click “Continue”.

In your email account, open the email sent from Erik Yvon and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Click “Request return” for the order you want to submit a return for.

If your order has more than one item, select the item or items you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click “Request return”.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. All return shipping is paid for by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.
After the product is returned, inspected and approved, you will receive a refund or store credit, depending on the return type and your rights under applicable law.
You may return your item in person at 6A Saxon Street, Brunswick. Please note we have limited opening hours. Please check our @ShopDussy Instagram before your visit.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order, unless required by law.
In the event of unavailable stock, we will contact you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, your rights under applicable consumer law will apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, unless another refund timing is required by applicable law.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
This section applies to eligible online purchases shipped to customers in the European Union.
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your eligible order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting shop@erikyvon.com or by using the return / withdrawal function available through your customer account.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must send the item or items back to us within 14 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed to cover the return shipping cost.
If you withdraw from your full order, we will refund the price paid for the returned item or items, plus the standard outbound delivery cost originally paid by you. If you chose an upgraded or express delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you return only part of your order, the original outbound delivery cost will not be refunded unless required by law.
Refunds for EU withdrawal returns will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that you have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
EU Return Exemptions
The EU 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all products. Exemptions may include:

Made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised items.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery.

Swimwear, underwear, socks and jewellery where hygiene packaging or seals have been removed, unless the item is faulty or where otherwise required by law.

Gift cards.
-
Any other product category excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and will be assessed in line with applicable consumer law.
