Customs & Import Charges

Any customs duties, tariffs, or import charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. As customs policies vary widely, we cannot estimate these costs. Please contact your local customs office for up-to-date information.

For orders shipped to the USA, all tariffs, clearance fees, and associated costs are processed prior to shipping. Customers will receive an updated invoice covering these fees after placing an order. The order will only be shipped once these charges have been paid in full.

Delivery Status

When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

• Some items are made to order and may take up to 30 days to complete depending on the complexity of the design.
• Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods

We use Australia Post (Regular, Express, International).

• Transit times generally range from 2–8 business days within Australia and 6–27 business days for international destinations, depending on the region.
• Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched, but your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:

• Domestic (Australia): free on orders over $120 AUD, otherwise $15 flat rate
  
• International (Rest of World): free on orders over $200 AUD · $20 flat rate on orders $100–$199 AUD · $40 flat rate on orders under $100 AUD
• Some heavy items may incur an additional $20 heavy shipping charge.
• All shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, where goods are faulty or not as described).
• All shipping costs are calculated in AUD.

Within Australia

All orders are shipped via standard Australia Post with tracking provided.

International

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Airmail. Import charges, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may select free in-store pickup at checkout.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
• Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting your order.
• Orders must be collected within 90 days of notification.
• After 90 days, uncollected orders will be considered abandoned. Items will be forfeited, and no refund or store credit will be issued, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable on returns, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
